Yes! Water, gas, electricity, trash, and wastewater are all covered, including internet!
What are the move-in costs and fees?
Move-in costs include a one-time $102 telecom/account setup fee. Additional fees may vary, so contact our leasing office for a full breakdown tailored to your lease.
Is parking available?
Yes! We offer both covered garage parking and uncovered surface parking. Contact our leasing office for availability and pricing.
Is renters’ insurance required?
Yes, proof of renters' insurance is required. Not sure where to start? We also offer an optional liability waiver program for residents who need coverage — ask our leasing team for details.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We recommend setting up autopay through your resident portal to never miss a due date!
What is the pet policy?
Tailor Lofts is pet-friendly! We welcome cats and small dogs with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $275 and a monthly pet rent of $75. Each leaseholder may have one pet, and registration with proof of current vaccinations is required prior to move-in. Have a service animal or emotional support animal? Contact our leasing office — separate accommodation procedures apply.
What is the guest parking and visitor policy?
We don't offer guest parking, but guests are always welcome to visit! Guests may stay up to 3 consecutive nights, with a maximum of 6 nights total per month. Extended stays beyond these limits require prior written approval from management.
How can I request a roommate?
Easy — you can request a specific roommate directly on your application during the leasing process!
Do you run credit and background checks?
All applicants are evaluated using consistent screening criteria in accordance with fair housing laws. Qualification is based on factors including credit history and income verification. For full details on our screening criteria, please contact our leasing office.
Do you offer roommate matching?
Absolutely! If you don't have a roommate in mind, we'll match you based on our roommate questionnaire included in the application. Just fill it out honestly and we'll do the rest.
How do I schedule a tour?

What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
Your unit comes with the essentials, so just bring the personal touches: bed linens and pillows, towels, a shower curtain and rings, kitchen basics like pots, pans, and utensils, hangers for your closet, and any small appliances or décor that make it feel like home.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Through your resident portal! Via the request maintenance quick button or the maintenance tab. Log into your resident portal and hit the "Request Maintenance" button — it's right on your dashboard. You can also find it under the Maintenance tab. For emergencies, contact the leasing office directly.
How are packages delivered and where can I pick them up?
Packages delivered to Tailor Lofts are accepted and held at our front security desk. Simply stop by during office hours to pick up your delivery!
What happens when I decide to move out?
We’ll be sad to see you go! Keys must be returned by 12:00 PM on the final day of your lease agreement. A final account statement, including any applicable charges, will be sent within 30 days of your move-out date.
